GOOD FOR AMERICA VICTORY COMMITTTEE is a joint fundraising committee composed of Good for Congress and the VA Conservative Leadership Fund, Any contributions to the JFC, that are permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, 2 U.S.C. § 431 et seq., as amended (the “FECA”), received from donors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to the FECA and the following method:

1. For contributions from an individual or non-qualified PAC, the first $3,300 received will be allocated to Good for Congress for Primary 2024 debt retirement.
2. For contributions from an individual or non-qualified PAC, the next $3,300 received will then be allocated to Good for Congress for the Primary 2026 election.
3. For contributions from an individual or non-qualified PAC, the next $5,000 received will then be allocated to VA Conservative Leadership Fund.
4. For contributions from an individual or non-qualified PAC, the next $3,300 received will then be allocated to Good for Congress for the General 2026 election.
5. For contributions from a multicandidate PAC, the first $5,000 received will be allocated to Good for Congress for Primary 2024 debt retirement.
6. For contributions from a multicandidate PAC, the next $5,000 received will then be allocated to Good for Congress for the Primary 2026 election.
7. For contributions from a multicandidate PAC, the next $5,000 received will then be allocated to VA Conservative Leadership Fund..
8. For contributions from a multicandidate PAC, the next $5,000 received will then be allocated to Good for Congress for the General 2026 election.

All contributions otherwise permissible under the FECA, but which would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal contribution limit to a specific committee, shall be reallocated to the remaining committees to the extent permitted by the FECA according to this allocation formula.  Any contribution that would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal contribution limit, even after re-allocation, or is otherwise impermissible under the FECA shall be refunded to the contributor.  Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a specific participating committee(s), to the extent permissible by the FECA.  Any contributor may make his or her contribution payable directly to any of the specific participating committee(s) listed in the first paragraph of this notice.  Any such designated contribution that causes the contributor to exceed the contribution limit to the designated committee shall not be reallocated by the JFC absent the prior written permission of the contributor as required by law.

Contributions to the JFC, or to any of the participating committees individually, are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and prohibitions. The maximum amount an individual or a non-multicandidate federal political committee may contribute to the JFC is $14,900.  The maximum amount a multicandidate political committee may contribute to the JFC is $20,000.  Contributions in any amount from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals without “green cards,” federal government contractors, or another person’s or entity’s funds are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.

Notwithstanding the allocation formula described above, contributions may be designated by the contributor for a specific Participant as specified below.
